Charming vintage Jamestown China Country Home covered butter dish, made in Japan. Features a cream-colored crackle-style glaze with brown trim and a colorful country farmhouse scene including a rooster, cat, flowers, grapes and picket fence. Includes the rectangular butter tray and coordinating covered lid. The underside retains part of the original Country Home / Jamestown China / Made in Japan label. Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related crazing throughout, which adds to its wonderful aged farmhouse character. There is visible discoloration/staining on the tray where the cover rests, along with some normal surface/edge wear.
