Clock is in good cosmetic condition, but I don't know much about clocks, so I am unsure about the mechanical condition. Antique 1880 Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantle Clock with Lion Faces and Intricate Brass Accents, Glass Clock Face Window is in Great Condition with no cracks. Dial reads "SETH THOMAS"; back label reads "SETH THOMAS CLOCK CO. MAKERS OF CLOCKS AND WATCHES" with patent date Sept. 7, 1880. Warm wood case with incised scrollwork, brass lion-head side mounts, ornate brass dragon feet. Had a "column" detail on either side of the clock face at one time, but it was removed before I obtained it. 12x6x10.5"
