Beautiful vintage PYREX Golden Acorn oval casserole featuring the classic gold scrolling acorn and vine design on an ivory/opal glass background. Marked on bottom 043 – 1½ QT – PYREX – Made in USA. Golden Acorn was introduced in 1960 and produced through 1963, making this a genuine early-1960s PYREX piece. The 043 was sold as a 1½-quart Oval Decorator Casserole and originally came with a clear glass lid. This listing is for the casserole dish only — lid is not included. Vintage preowned condition with wear to the gold decoration consistent with age/use; please see photos.
