This set is the Danbury Mint U.S. Presidential Dollar Collection. It was originally sold by the Danbury Mint via a subscription model where collectors paid a premium over time to receive individual shipments. A fully complete set includes:The Wooden Display Case: A tiered premium storage chest. The lid features a gold-printed U.S. Presidential Dollar seal and has individually recessed slots for single "Bonus Coins". The Single Top Coins: Up to 45 single, uncirculated Presidential $1 coins housed in protective clear capsules sitting on the top tray. The Lower Storage Drawers: The top tray lifts off to reveal the main compartment holding 12-coin sealed uncirculated "Collector Rolls" for each eligible president. The Coins: These are standard U.S. Mint Presidential $1 Coins made of a manganese-brass composition (giving them their gold color, though they do not contain any actual gold). They were minted starting in 2007 to honor deceased U.S. Presidents in chronological order.
