Excellent soul-jazz session featuring Red Holloway on tenor sax, Brother Jack McDuff on organ and piano, George Benson on guitar, Wilfred Middlebrooks on bass and Joe Dukes on drums. Tracks include “Wives & Lovers,” “This Can’t Be Love,” “Something Funny,” “Brother Red,” “Denise,” “No Tears” and “Shout Brother.” Runouts: Side 1: PRLP-7325-A Side 2: PRLP-7325-B Vinyl: VG+ – Strong, glossy copy with light superficial surface marks visible under harsh direct lighting. No major marks noted. Conservatively graded; minor incidental playback noise may be present. Jacket: VG – Presents well overall with solid artwork and seams.
