Vintage framed butterfly specimen displayed under glass. Features an actual preserved white and brown butterfly mounted over dried botanical material, surrounded by an ornate vintage-style wood frame with decorative black, cream and gold detailing. The butterfly has beautiful natural wing markings and the piece has an unusual old-world natural history / curiosity cabinet aesthetic. Measures approximately 7" square. Wire hanger is present on the back. A wonderful piece for cottagecore, natural history, entomology, vintage botanical or eclectic decor.
