Vintage Limited Edition Zippo Jack Daniel’s 150th Birthday Anniversary Lighter from 2000 in it original tin box. Never been used! Condition: Excellent unused shape. Lighter shows no signs of use, the ignition area is still a bright silver tone with no black from the heat of being lit. Tin box does have some small marks, please see pics. The Design: The front features a highly detailed, pewter-style medallion emblem depicting a portrait of the distillery founder, Jasper Newton "Jack" Daniel. Inscription: "Jack Daniel's 150th Birthday" along with the years 1850 - 2000. Historical Trivia: While Jack Daniel's actual exact birth year is historically a mystery (with some documents suggesting 1846), this piece honors the 1850 date memorialized on his statue at the distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Packaging: It is shown with its original retail gift tin box, complete with the manufacturer barcode tracking label reading "207BS.B228 Bingo Surprise".
