Vibrant royal/cobalt blue with an incredible ruffled neckline, dramatic layered puff sleeves, ruffled bodice and a beautifully full skirt with oversized ruffle hem. Finished with a tie-back sash and darling heart-shaped buttons down the back. Original bell inside skirt. 65% polyester / 35% cotton. An amazing true-vintage statement, party or pageant dress.
