Inside are illustrated pages tied to the imagery of Psalm 23. This copy also retains a Wilkes-Barre City Public Schools paper dust jacket/protective wrapper with handwritten school and student information, plus an ownership inscription dated Christmas 1900. The school wrapper and dated inscription give this copy especially strong provenance and live-selling appeal. Condition shows substantial age-related wear, including tears and losses to the paper wrapper, rubbing, discoloration, edge wear, and general handling consistent with an antique school-used book.
