Wonderful antique hand auger featuring its original worn wooden T-handle and heavy iron spiral boring bit. This old working tool has beautiful authentic age with surface rust, darkened iron and a naturally worn wood handle. Originally used for hand-drilling large holes in wood, today it makes an incredible primitive farmhouse display piece. Perfect hung on a wall, displayed with antique tools, or styled with crocks, baskets and fall décor. I would leave the original patina exactly as found.
