Suspended from the center is a dramatic deep cobalt blue faceted crystal glass cameo, prong-set and designed to move freely beneath the brooch. The rich blue glass frames a raised classical profile in a silvery tone, creating a striking contrast against the warm aged metalwork. The faceted edges catch the light beautifully, while the sculptural floral setting gives the piece an opulent Victorian Revival feel. Finished with a traditional pin closure on the reverse. A substantial, unusual piece with beautiful movement and incredible detail. Excellent vintage condition.
