Fantastic vintage figural pelican brooch by Coro’s Sterling Craft line. This substantial openwork brooch depicts a pelican standing among cattails and marsh vegetation inside a clean rectangular frame, with wonderful dimensional feather, plant, and berry detailing. Signed “STERLING CRAFT BY Coro” along the lower edge. A particularly striking example of Coro’s sterling figural work and a great crossover piece for collectors of vintage costume jewelry, sterling silver, and bird motifs.
