PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! This set is 98% complete, it had instructions, no box, and missing 2 sticked elements: one is Bart's ramp, the other is AC unit. It has all printed pieces and all minifigures with accessories. All of the minifigures are Mint condition except for Marge's hair has some sun fading. SOME MINOR PARTS MIGHT HAVE SLIGHT SUN DAMAGE! Priced accordingly.
