Dramatic vintage Art Deco style open-circle brooch blazing with rows of clear rhinestones and a vivid emerald-green rhinestone ring. The oversized round silhouette has fabulous Gatsby-era glamour—sparkly, graphic and immediately eye-catching. Silver-tone setting with an open center and pin back. Green stones create a striking jewel-tone halo surrounded by clear sparkle. Wonderful on a black dress, coat, scarf or lapel.
