A beautiful antique oval serving bowl from Booths. Manufactured at the Church Bank Pottery in Tunstall, Staffordshire, England, this piece features the highly collected, discontinued "Princess" pattern.The design features a rich, deep blue-gray floral spray transfer pattern set against a crisp white semi-porcelain body, complete with a beautifully embossed, scalloped rim. The backstamp features the distinctive Booths crown mark alongside the official British Registration number: Rd No 183173. This registry number dates the pattern design exactly to late 1891, making this piece an authentic survivor from the late 19th century (circa 1891–1892).Perfect as a functional side dish server, a countertop fruit bowl, or a beautiful statement display piece in a farmhouse, cottage, or traditional kitchen hutch.
