Hey everyone, I’m Eric! By day, I’m a Director of Construction for an engineering firm based in South Carolina, and I’ve spent more than 30 years in heavy industrial construction. I’ve helped build some pretty impressive projects, but somehow raising seven kids has been the toughest project of them all!
My kids range in age from 32 all the way down to 6, so I’ve experienced everything from diapers to grand plans for retirement—sometimes all in the same day.
