This is an unmarked vintage ceramic creamer and lidded sugar bowl set with a swirl pattern and metallic trim, likely made by Scio Pottery. There is an area where the glaze is thin and you can see the clay color underneath. There is also a small stain on the creamer handle and some wear around the rims as seen in photos.
