Motherlode – When I Die Buddah Records BDS 5046 – 1969 Original U.S. ARP Pressing Original 1969 U.S. pressing of Canadian rock/soul group Motherlode’s debut LP, featuring the hit title track “When I Die,” which reached #1 in Canada and the U.S. Top 20. This copy spent it’s life in Japan and came back to the US on 9/9/26 This copy carries the distinctive ARP stamp in the dead wax, identifying it as an American Record Pressing copy from Owosso, Michigan. Runouts include BDS 5046 A / BDS 5046 B with ARP markings and additional AM / SSLH inscriptions. Produced by Mort Ross and Doug Riley. The album blends late-’60s rock, soul and psych influences, with additional collector interest from tracks later sampled by hip-hop artists. Record condition = SVG, a few light hairlines/sleeve scuffs - plays great and looks very nice overall / nice and shiny. Sleeve = VG+
