Beautiful vintage porcelain hinged trinket box featuring a romantic multicolor floral design with pink roses, delicate blossoms, butterflies, and foliage on a creamy ivory ground. The softly scalloped body and domed lid are finished with gold accents and a metal hinged rim with decorative front clasp. Marked on the underside with a crown hallmark, registered symbol, and pattern/model number YA8136. Maker/origin has not been definitively identified. The interior is fully glazed porcelain and provides a lovely little space for rings, jewelry, keepsakes, or other tiny treasures. A particularly pretty piece for a vanity, dressing table, bedside table, or trinket box collection. Vintage condition with age-related wear consistent with use. Please see photos for details.
