Beautiful blue-and-white boho outfit featuring a Talbots embroidered blouse paired with an NY Collection Petite tiered skirt. The Talbots blouse has a relaxed fit, white embroidered neckline and sleeve details, tassel ties, and pretty 3/4 sleeves. The fiber-content label has been removed, but the fabric appears cotton or cotton-rich. The NY Collection skirt is 100% cotton with an elastic waist, flowy tiered design, mixed blue-and-white print, and delicate white lace trim. Both pieces are size Large.
