💙🤩🔥 stunning pre-WWII Austrian costume jewelry brooch dating to the late 1930s or 1940s Retro era. This exquisite piece showcases the master craftsmanship of early European export jewelry.The brooch features a highly dimensional, multi-tiered design built on an intricate, stamped silver-tone filigree base plate. Hand-assembled layers of delicate floral elements ring the center bezel.Prong-set into the heart of the brooch is a magnificent, high-domed cabochon of mottled turquoise art glass. The glass features exceptionally crisp, realistic matrix veining. Under extreme magnification, a tiny, original factory air bubble cavity is present from production—a testament to its vintage glass-molding heritage.The reverse side features an intact, fully functional safety rolling clasp and is clearly stamped "MADE AUSTRIA". Very nice Vintage condition with a natural patina. A true collector's piece!
