It has the vintage criss cross pattern embossed in the glass lid as well as the base, as well as the word "Butter" in black script on the front. It holds the standard 1/4 lb. of butter (1 stick). This beautiful dish measures approx. 6 & 1/2" long and 2 & 3/4" wide and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
