Tall flared form with a pierced top for holding hat pins and metallic gold-tone trim around the rim. Marked GERMANY on the underside. Measures approximately 5 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches across the base. Inventory Number: POR198B Condition: Good vintage condition with no observed chips, cracks, or repairs.
