Vintage Sooner Style Art Glass Swan Trinket Dish Green Amber Hand Blown MCM This little art glass swan has such a great vintage look. It is hand blown in translucent green glass with amber, yellow and darker swirls worked through the shallow bowl-shaped body, plus a long applied neck that curves forward into the swan's head and beak. Although pieces like this are often casually listed as Murano, the shape and recycled-looking multicolor swirl glass are also strongly associated with Oklahoma art glass commonly sold as Sooner, Old Hickory or "Sooner style." I did not find a maker's mark or label on this piece, so I am listing it conservatively as Sooner-style hand-blown art glass rather than guaranteeing Murano or a specific maker. No obvious chips or cracks are visible in the photos. Approximate measurements: 3.25" tall, 3.75" wide and 6" long.
