Measurements: Approx. 68" x 86" Vintage 70s handmade patchwork quilt or coverlet featuring a colorful mix of striped, plaid, gingham, floral, and solid fabric remnants in classic 1970s tones including mustard, rust, navy, teal, olive, cream, and yellow. Constructed without batting, but made from substantial heavyweight fabrics that give it a nice weight and drape. The front has an improvisational scrap patchwork design, while the reverse is finished in a soft textured jacquard-style fabric with a raised floral/medallion pattern. Hand-tied throughout with white yarn. A wonderful authentic vintage textile with strong 1970s decor, folk art, farmhouse, cottagecore, retro, boho, and handmade heirloom appeal. Condition: Very good overall vintage condition. The backing has age-related storage discoloration, primarily light yellowish-brown marks along some fold/crease lines, along with a few additional yellowish marks. Some loose threads and rustic handmade construction are present and consistent with the age and style of the piece.
