Wroe Academy of Music, Philadelphia Size: Approximately 1 1/8" tall Stone: Red faceted glass stone Metal: Gold-tone, gold-bearing metal. XRF surface testing produced an approximate gold reading of 31.69% on the front and 38.91% on the back. Copper, silver, zinc and tin were also detected. These are localized surface readings and do not establish the overall purity, karat or solid-gold content of the piece. Consistent for rolled gold. Seller research indicates that the school was attended by Rose Veronica Coyle, who later became Miss America 1936.
