This therapy bag measures 8 inches by 7.5 inches. It is filled with long-grain rice. Pop it in the microwave for heat therapy or in the freezer for cold therapy. Therapy Bag Instructions To Heat: Place in microwave for 2 minutes*. Turn over and heat for another 2 minutes*. Place on sore muscles and aches. Throw in your bed a few minutes before getting in for toasty feet. For Cold Pack: Place in freezer until desired temperature is reached. Place on sore muscles.
