Vintage 1996 Lions Club enamel lapel hat pin featuring Phelps Mill in Underwood, Minnesota. Multicolor gold-tone pin design includes the Lions emblem, Phelps Mill building, lady slipper flower artwork, and 1996 date. Back is marked CP China and includes two clutch backs. Measures about 1.5x1.25 inches. Phelps Mill is a historic Otter Tail County landmark completed in 1889. Condition: Pre-owned with visible edge wear, surface scuffs, tarnish/discoloration, and residue on the back. Both clutch backs are included. Please review photos for exact condition.
