ORIGINAL UNUSED WWII GERMAN INFANTERIE-REGIMENT 29 SERVICE ALBUM Original period “Wehrdienst–Ehrendienst” service/photo album for Infanterie-Regiment 29. Never personalized or filled: no soldier name/service information, blank service-record and certificate pages, no personal photos mounted, and unused photo pages. Textured cover marked “Infanterie-Regiment 29” with raised silver-colored eagle emblem. Approx. 9x12 in. Infanterie-Regiment 29 belonged to the German 3rd Infantry Division, and was destroyed with the 3rd Motorized Infantry Division at Stalingrad. Unit history only; this unused album cannot be attributed to a soldier or claimed to have been at Stalingrad. Very good unused period condition with expected cover wear. One blank page has discoloration, adhesive residue and minor surface-paper loss, likely from a removed price sticker; see last photo. Original printed historical/illustrated section remains.
