The necklace itself looks artisan/designer assembled rather than a factory-made Swarovski crystal starfish pendant. Swarovski Elements crystal Starfish pendant, style #6721. Swarovski made this faceted starfish component in several sizes and colors, including Topaz and Clear AB. The #6721 component is now discontinued. *PLEASE NOTE I could not confirm a makers mark being Swarovski.
