DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT- If an item that you purchase is damaged in transit by USPS, please message me directly so we can resolve this issue. Please do not open a case with whatnot without contacting me first I am more than happy to work with you to replace the damaged item, if you contact me first if you open a case with WhatNot before you contact me then I will not replace the item free of charge if WhatNot refunds you for the damaged item. My goal is customer satisfaction so again I am more than happy to help replace the damaged item if you contact me first before opening a case with WhatNot.
