Vintage cast metal bird-shaped architectural or mechanical hardware piece featuring a raised feather design and aged metal finish. Measures approximately 7.5" long x 4" tall. The exact original purpose and manufacturer are unknown. Appears to have been part of a larger mechanical, architectural, gate, door, or decorative assembly. Features an opening and projecting hardware along the lower portion. Great unusual piece for architectural salvage, primitive decor, restoration, repurposing, or vintage hardware collections.
