Striking antique/vintage heraldic cross brooch with dramatic openwork rays, gold-tone detailing, white enamel foliage and an oval green center featuring a crowned multicolor coat-of-arms/crest motif. A wonderfully theatrical piece with Medieval Revival, heraldic and ceremonial character. The dimensional construction gives it a surprisingly architectural look from the side.
