Vintage 1991 limited edition fine china collector plate titled "Freedom" by renowned wildlife artist Charles Fracé. First issue in the "Soaring Majesty" series under the W.S. George hallmark. Features a beautiful bald eagle in flight with a 22k gold-banded rim. Excellent, like-new condition with no chips or cracks. Includes the original Certificate of Authenticity (Plate #13453 F) and original protective cardboard packaging inserts. Decorative use only.
