This high shine, high pigment finish is a bit of a hark back to the 90’s – currently we have a lot of mattes, a lot of sheers but nothing much fitting this almost plastic lip brief. The balm-like feel is melty and more-ish but ever so soft so don’t pile in their with all your elbow behind you – a light touch is all that’s needed. MSRP $18
