First serial alert! Nice, tough to find 2nd year card of Ryan Braun. It was likely put away around the year of issuance - most of these Topps Blacks that I am listing have been put away for a long time. Generally assume condition is in the Near Mint + range. With PSA as of this writing closed for bulk submissions, I will be listing some cards that I normally would have sent in for grading. Nothing has been pulled!
