Made by Adam Douglass for Adrianna Papell, this blouse is 100% silk in a gorgeous rich teal jewel tone with an easy, slightly oversized silhouette. The built-in shoulder pads give it that unmistakable 80s structured look, while the simple round neckline and solid silk fabric keep it polished rather than over-the-top. It has short sleeves, small side slits, and a back keyhole closure.
