Step 1 Pre-Heat Press to 330 degrees Step 2 Pre-Press garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture Step 3 Press the transfer for 15 seconds with heavy pressure. ( Commercial Heat Press Recommended ) Step 4 Peel warm- allow to sit for 20 seconds off heat before peeling. Peel with confidence! Step 5 Use parchment paper and press again for 5-10 seconds.
