Vintage wooden folk-art kitchen wall decoration featuring a woman carrying a pot marked “BEANS.” Pulling the red string causes the arm to move up and down and ring the bell. Hand-painted construction with a charming primitive/country kitchen appearance. Shows age-related wear, scratches, paint loss and surface marks consistent with vintage use. Mechanical pull action is working. See photos for condition and details. Age: From the style and construction, I’d roughly estimate 1950s–1970s, but I wouldn't put a specific decade in the title unless we find a maker or comparable example. This is unusual enough that I’d search sold comps before pricing it. If you want, I can dig around and try to identify the maker and find comparable sales.
