Included: • 15 Sols — January 4, 1792 • 10 Livres — October 24, 1792 • 25 Livres — June 6, 1793 • 5 Livres — Revolutionary Year II, circa 1793–1794 These fascinating early paper currency notes were issued during the French Revolution and are connected with the Domaines Nationaux—property nationalized during the Revolution. Beautiful period typography, elaborate engraved borders, handwritten signatures, serial/series numbers and Revolutionary imagery. The backs are largely blank, as expected for these issues.
