Vintage Y2K-era short-sleeve tunic top. Light turquoise blue crinkle-texture fabric with a V-neckline layered over a white modesty panel. The neckline is accented with silver rhinestones and crochet detailing. Features an empire waist with a clear, sparkly silver glitter heart buckle and an asymmetrical sharkbite hem. Condition Note: Pre-owned vintage condition. Please note there is a faint stain/discoloration on the lower right sleeve and possibly the fabric on the buckle but I can’t decide (see photos).
