Measuring approximately 14" long, this generously proportioned bowl has an almost architectural presence! Its dramatic sweeping curves and raised, flowing form create an eye-catching centerpiece from every angle, while the softly sculpted shape gives it the look of a stylized shell, flower, or abstract mid-century form. The creamy white ground glaze allows the black and gold speckling to take center stage, creating the kind of subtle visual texture that works beautifully with both vintage interiors and contemporary spaces. It would be equally striking displayed on a dining table, coffee table, entry console, credenza, bookshelf, or open shelving. The bowl is in excellent vintage condition with no large cracks or chips.
