Commissioned in the early 1970s by the Tennessee Squire Association, an exclusive collector’s club organized by the Jack Daniel Distillery to celebrate Lynchburg’s local heritage. From the private collection of Roger Brashears Jr. (1939–2012), longtime Jack Daniel’s marketing director and brand ambassador. Identified as Plate No. 7 from a curated mid‑century portfolio series. Depicts the historic brick‑and‑wood boarding house in Lynchburg, Tennessee, rendered in Warwick’s signature watercolor‑style realism with soft earth tones and fine texture. Measures approximately 25" x 17.5". Excellent vintage condition with light edge wear.
