Vintage footed metal colander or strainer with two wire loop handles and a raised pedestal base. This large perforated colander has a wonderful primitive farmhouse look with an aged galvanized/tin-plated metal surface and lots of authentic character. Features numerous punched drainage holes throughout the bowl and base, a reinforced rolled rim, and two simple wire handles. Great for vintage kitchen décor, farmhouse decorating, rustic displays, garden décor, or as a unique planter or fruit bowl. Shows significant age and use wear including surface rust, oxidation, discoloration, scratches, and other imperfections. The aged patina has not been polished or refinished.
