Pair of vintage white window valances featuring a sheer chiffon/voile-style upper section with a gathered floral lace ruffle along the bottom. The lace has a delicate openwork floral design with scalloped edging, giving the pair a romantic cottage, shabby chic, granny chic, Victorian revival, and cottagecore look.
