There were only 100 MVP Promotion sets made in 2000. As it looks like a contest card from the back, and these were also distributed in retail, it is likely that a good number of them are out of circulation - either in the hands of novice collectors, discarded, or simply lost to time. A much tougher parallel than you might think, these are often on player collector want lists. Here is a nice Near Mint example for a card that does not often come available.
