Lemax Halloween Spooky Town WITCH'S LAIR #45003. Does not have original packaging. Comes with adapter. Tested and lights sound and movement work. Except the trap door one on top. Does not have whatever is the attachment the is supposed to go by the trap door. A couple branches are cracked. Please see photos and check out my other items. Have a joyful day
