The IXI Blowly is a super-shallow crankbait born from the collaboration of Yuki Ito and Katsutaka Imae. Its fat-body profile combined with Ito's patented water-through hydrodynamic system produces a high-frequency vibration pitch that outperforms traditional balsa cranks at any retrieve speed. Water taken in through the head intake is pressurized inside the body and expelled downward through gill ducts, creating lift that keeps the lure locked in the 1-1.5ft zone even at high speeds.
