Beautiful late-19th-century American ironstone water ewer pitcher crafted by John Moses & Co. (Glasgow Pottery, Trenton NJ). Features a rich burgundy/raspberry-colored accent band framed by two thin gold lines. Bottom is clearly stamped with the J.M. & Co. British Royal Coat of Arms backstamp variant. Shows gorgeous, fine authentic glaze crazing across the body and base, giving it incredible historic character. No structural chips or cracks. Perfect addition to a primitive, cottagecore, or farmhouse collection!
