Vintage Goldcastle Japan porcelain figural planter featuring a brown and white terrier-style dog pulling a gray cart with bright yellow wheels. The cart is open at the top and can be used as a small planter, trinket holder or decorative container. Hand-painted details include a cobalt blue harness, yellow wheels and black cart accents.
